the george w. bush administration, the debt ceiling was raised 19 times. the same republicans had a problem when president obama wanted to do it had no problem when they wanted to do it. one of their own wanted to do it. please let me finish. it is because of what the republicans did last time this came out. moody's lowered the bond rating of this country. megyn: just because you have a few drinks and get really tipsy, it doesn't mean that you should have 10 more and fall off the bus.
